Session 1 Shopping List
- Liquids & Seasonings:
- 3 Gallons Spring water
- Kosher or sea salt
- Black Peppercorns
- White pepper
- Poultry and beef bones:
- 1 large package of chicken assorted parts
- Chicken necks and bones (if available)
- Beef bones (check with local meat department or butcher)
- Vegetables:
- 3lb. Spanish Onion
- 1 Bunch Celery
- 3lb. Carrots
- 2lb. Tomatoes (ripe)
- 4oz. Shallots
- 1 head garlic
- Herbs:
- Bunch of Thyme
- Bay leaf
- Bunch of Parsley
- Other:
- Cheesecloth
- 1lb. salted butter (name brand)
Sessions 2 and 3 shopping lists will be provided at the end of session 1.
