A: Our intensive training provides you with many of the basic kitchen skills taught in culinary programs, but at a fraction of the cost. It’s a focused, hands-on experience designed to prepare you for real-world kitchen work.
Q: Do you provide a certificate of completion to be used for my job search?
A: Yes, after completing the training you receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ outlining the coursework. If requested we will provide a letter of recommendation.
Q: What kind of job can I hope to get after completing this training?
A: After completing the intensive training, you’ll be qualified to apply for various back-of-house kitchen positions—cook, line cook, prep cook, grill cook, and related roles.

Q: How will I learn virtually?
A: Our experienced Chef Educator will demonstrate techniques, and then individually monitor your progress throughout the session. For example, as you practice knife skills, our instructor will observe and offer corrections. This personalized approach continues as you progress through the program.

A: Yes. We’re here to support you. We’ll help upgrade your resume and provide proven tips for landing the position you seek. Consider us your culinary career wingman! We even offer practice interviews.

A: Absolutely! We’re an ongoing resource for you. Whether it’s answering inquiries or providing guidance as you explore your career options, consider us your culinary compass.
Q: Are there many people attending the course?
A: We keep the groups small for personalized attention.
Q: What if I miss a class?
A: We allow you to make up the class in the next grouping. In fact, anytime you feel you need a refresher session, you may join us again at no charge.
Q: What if a Sunday class falls on a holiday?
A: The class will be held the following Sunday.

Q: Is there a payment plan?
A: No, full payment is due 1 week before the start of the first class.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Once payment is made, we hold that space for you, therefore there are no refunds.
Q: What months is the program offered?
A: Jan., Feb., March, April, May, June, Sept., Oct., Nov. – No classes July, August, and December.
Q: Are there any requirements for admission?
A: You must be able to read, write, and understand English.
