"Enrolling in the Accelerated Culinary Training is a smart choice. Each session you learn by demonstration, followed by practice. Each morning you will practice knife skills and move on to diverse cooking techniques.

Our chef educator is known for their teaching experience, passion, and patience. You will learn more and practice each session. By session 2, you will have learned the basic vegetable cuts and be able to work with increased accuracy and speed. You work in your kitchen, using your equipment simulating a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You receive clear instructions, to break down complex steps into simple, easy-to-follow instructions. We ensure a comfortable pace for participants to follow along without feeling rushed.
